Initiate Your Request
Log into your Digifeel account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
